
COMPETITOR INSTRUCTIONS

Check in at the entrance when you arrive

Wait in the spectators area until you are told it is time to warm up
-
Once directed; go to the warm up area (there will be bands and ABs available for a full body warm up

Your judge will collect you from the war up area when its time for you to race
-
When you meet your judge you can ask any questions you may have
-
You will be taken to your racing lane and will get to go through the different sectors. This is your time to set up your bike height, dampers and check the correct weights are out
-
Once happy with your lane you will go to the 1st sector and get on the rower
-
The judge will check you are ready and will say “3..2..1.. GO”
-
On the word “GO” you will start and the judge will start the timer
-
The judge will be with you from start to finish
-
If you have raced before and have a PB which you would like to beat - the judge will have your previous record so they can motivate you to beat it and set a new PB

The judge will count all of your repetitions starting from 1

You will only be able to move to the next sector when the judge says so

The judge will only stop the timer when they are happy you have completed the final sector
-
You will then be given your time slip and a band to stretch off
-
You will need to hand your time slip in before you leave
-
Once you have finished your race you MUST stay in the spectators area

THERE IS NO TIME CAP FOR THIS EVENT

ONE WARNING WILL BE GIVEN BEFORE A ‘NO REP’ IS CALLED

ALL JUDGES DECISIONS ARE FINAL - ARGUING WITH THE JUDGE COULD RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION
